Board of Directors
The board of directors governs the affairs and direction of SKIRTS. The individuals who sit on the board are responsible for overseeing and executing the organization's activities. Board members meet monthly to discuss ideas, initiatives and upcoming events.
Minister Renita Johnson, Founder
Renita Johnson is one of the most talented women you
could ever meet. Her many talents includes orchestrating
elegant wedding experiences and custom cake designs. She is a
wife of over 36 years to Chef Lemont Johnson. The owner of LeMont's
Catering. While she is a mother and grandmother to her own offspring,
she serves as a mother figure to many across many states.

Her desire is equipping women to know, understand and move into their
purpose and their WHY. Her ministry also helps with tools to heal the
broken hearted. She has dealt with the very issue of God
healing her broken heart and as a result, she is the author of
"The Attic". This memoire and self-study will truly transform
your thoughts and encourage your heart. She will release her
second book this spring "How I Water My Garden" along with the play
that will bring "The Attic" to a live stage.

Renita is a certified Life Coach, minister of the Gospel, motivator,
speaker, founder of J-Wins Productions, S.K.I.R.T.S., Inc. She also notes
that she has a PhD from the Divine School of Hard Knocks.
Pastor Michele Winston, Co-Founder
Sherri Michele Winston is the Assistant Pastor of Greater Community Church of Chattanooga, under the leadership of Pastor J. Anthony Taylor. She is also the Co-founder of J-Wins Productions and S.K.I.R.T.S, Inc, a ministry & organization designed to empower and provide strategies and tools to help women spiritually.
In 2005, she received her Evangelist/Missionary license from the Church of God in Christ. Michele was blessed to be ordained in 2017 by Evidence Ministries International in Atlanta, GA. She's an anointed teacher, preacher, motivational speaker and singer. God has given her a powerful gift of prayer and exhortation.
Michele is a native of Chattanooga,TN. She has been married 22 years to her loving husband Lerone Winston. She's a mother of four and the Grandmother of 10. This woman of God is open and honest about the lessons she's learned in life. Above all, she loves the Lord and is committed to serving Him.
